Pouffes are a great addition to your living room or in fact any part of the home. The pouffe differs from a more traditional stool in that it has no legs and the fabric covering it goes all the way to the floor. A pouffe has an internal wooden frame and this means that it is very sturdy and safe to put your legs on or even sit on. The other nice thing about a footstool pouffe is that these tend to be attractive pieces of furniture that add to the look of any room. Many people will view a foot pouffe as being just like a large sturdy cushion where you may extend and rest your legs.

Pouffe Sizes

There are many options to choose from when it comes to pouffe sizes. This is because we all come in different sizes and shapes and we all have furniture for different uses. A small pouffe can be perfect as a footrest with some types of furniture, but if you have a large chair then you might want to choose a large pouffe. Some people will use this piece of furniture for medical purposes and they may have been told to keep their legs elevated while sitting – they will therefore have different requirements in regards to large pouffes or small pouffes.

Pouffe Fabrics

Another important decision is fabric pouffe types and again there is a lot to choose from in this regard. If you want something a bit sophisticated you might like to choose leather pouffes. There is almost certainly going to be a fabric pouffe type that is just perfect for you so it is worth having to look to see what your options are. Personally I’m a huge fan of the leather pouffe, but this won’t be the best option for everyone.

Storage Pouffes

The other really great possibility with this product is to select a storage pouffe. Most of us will have items lying around the room that we would rather have hidden and a storage pouffe is great for this. So if you have children’s toys that you are constantly tripping over you might like to hide them away inside a nice leather storage pouffe. If you usually have a lot of magazines lying around your living room then why not hide them away inside a stylishly designed fabric storage pouffe. This piece of furniture is perfect for storing practically anything.
